SPA RECEPTIONIST

Sabai Leela Day Spa is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will

• have at least two years reception / front of house experience in a hospitality / spa environment
• be proactive and organised and have excellent customer service skills
• have some understanding of Thai spa culture and history
• be outgoing and lively with a good telephone manner
• able to excel in a busy multi tasking environment

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be working closely with the spa manager to ensure the delivery of excellent service while maximizing room occupancy and retail sales. There is a competitive package on offer for the right individual.

• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3

• Dermalogica

Experience:

• 1-2 years reception experience in similar environment
